By accessing or using the services provided by TheHashCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TheHashCode provides digital solutions including web development, web application development, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, paid advertising management, and related services. The specific scope and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for project completion
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Ensure that all content provided to us does not infringe on third-party rights
  • Make payments as per the agreed schedule

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. TheHashCode retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including amounts, milestones, and methods, will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

TheHashCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
